WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES DNA KRAV MAGA GATHER?

We collect information given to us by either visiting DNA Krav Maga on a free trial, signing up to a DNA Krav Maga Membership or by using the contact form (Name, email address & phone number). We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age without the permission of their parent or guardian. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not to allow your children to submit personal information without your express permission.
If you contact us via Website or otherwise we may keep a record of that correspondence.


WHAT DO WE DO WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use personal information to provide the services you request from DNA Krav Maga such as to facilitate administration of your membership of the club and to facilitate bookings of classes.

We may also use the information to notify you of any changes regarding the club, to advertise forthcoming events, products and services,  process membership payments due from you to us and to administer and maintain membership records.
We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless we are required to do so by law. In line with current GDPR guidelines, you must ‘opt in’ to receive any communications from us.


HOW DO WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use a secure server and also take appropriate measures to ensure that the information disclosed to us is kept secure, accurate and up to date and kept only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used.


RIGHT OF ACCESS

Under GDPR, you have the right to the following rights;

  • The right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

  • The right to request that any inaccuracies in the personal information we hold about you are corrected

  • The right to request us to erase your personal information where it is no longer necessary for it to be retained
